Wendy became a certified yoga instructor in 2011 and opened a studio a few months later. She was introduced to Thai bodywork during this time and began training to become a Thai therapist as well. Her desire to continue evolving as a teacher, student, healer, and human being fuels her ongoing growth and development.
Her goal is to empower each of her clients to build adequate physical strength to lead a healthy and active life, while also providing tools that support mental and emotional balance.
